The brief was for the design of a primary school with a capacity of approximately 120 key stage 1 pupils. The project was to be sited in the grounds of an existing private school in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The design used a large central concourse, supported by sculpted, stylised trees, for circulation with all rooms opening into the space.
